Suspension & Termination

7. Account Suspension and Termination

dgk88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may give rise to such action, though this list is not exhaustive.

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Intellectual Property

• 8.1dgk88 is not liable for any financial losses sustained by a player as a result of gambling activity on the platform, including losses from unfavourable game outcomes, the expiry of promotional offers, or the forfeiture of bonus funds due to a breach of bonus terms.
• 8.2dgk88 is not liable for any service interruptions, delays, data loss or technical failures caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including internet service provider outages, third-party payment processor delays, force majeure events or the actions of malicious third parties.
• 8.3Nothing in these Terms limits dgk88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other form of liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.

Amendments
